Liloo Signature offers FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (excluding taxes). Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless it’s a pre-order in which case it can take up to 2 weeks to ship. US customers are also eligible for FREE standard shipping on orders over $200. All international orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees upon import if applicable. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Liloo Signature will accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. All returns will be inspected and approved by Liloo Signature at their discretion. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation following with your store credit. Please refer to our return policy if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return the product.

How can I tell which size to buy?

It’s easy. Simply follow our Fit Guide to measure yourself. Once you have your measurements, refer to our size chart to find your size. For the most accurate results, measure yourself in your undergarments.

My size is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

If your size is out of stock, we advise you to sign up for “Notify Me” to be the first to know when your size is restocked. You will be notified via email. 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, all payments are accepted through certified third party payment gateways.

Pre-order is when you order an item before it’s released to market. It’s a great way to secure and guarantee your order. You get the product before everyone else. Pre-orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
